We purchased a one year old demo Leapmotor C10 electric vehicle in grey metallic- wonderful car but the paint was lacking. We placed the vehicle in the hands of Scrubs Car Detailing and selected the high grade ceramic coating option. What a great decision that was as the result exceeded our expectations in every way. I had a great experience with the team. The service was excellent and the communication throughout the process was very clear and professional.

It has now been about two weeks since the installation of the XPEL Satin PPF, and I’m really happy with the results. The finish looks fantastic and exactly as expected.

I bought a toyota from interstate which turned out had been owned by a smoker. Basically an ashtray on wheels. Scrubs removed the smell, not just masked with fragranced products but actually eliminated it. They were super helpful with explaining every step, answering my questions and were very honest about what their capabilities are and what to expect. I'm very happy I chose them.

I reached out to Cameron when I knew I was getting a second-hand vehicle that was in top condition. I let the team at Scrubs know my intention was to keep the car in the best condition possible and they knocked the job out of the ballpark. When I saw the Audi after the work had been done, the paint gave off the effect you could dive into it. Naturally on a 14 year old car, there are going to be chips and certain marks they can't rectify but overall I'm over the moon with the results. Big thanks to Mark and Jimmy, plus the rest of the guys who brought her up so well.

Had a new vehicle ceramic coated about 12 months ago at scrubs. It's been fantastic so far. Washing is easy and requires very little work to get a fantastic shine.

Scrubs did a front end custom Paint Protection Film installation to my pride and joy and I’m absolutely wrapped with the outcome. They are true leaders in this field not to mention all the other services they offer.
I’ve been around the motor industry for the last 30 years and seen so many bad, peeling wrap and PPF work sent out and these guys are true professionals.
I couldn’t have asked for anything more or it to be done in any better way.
Seriously if you are after PPF, detailing or ceramic coatings and more, head there.

I was very happy with the service provided by Cameron and his team. The different treatments and packages were clearly explained. Drop off and pick up were well handled. The result was a Cupra Tavascan that was beautifully finished, way above the standard of dealer presentation.

I have used Scrubs twice for my BMW M2 and very happy both times. From the communication and how they treated me to how they looked after my car. All outstanding.

From the very first interaction, Scrubs Detailing were exceptional. Cameron spent a huge amount of time walking me through all the options, explaining the differences and benefits of each without any pressure whatsoever. His knowledge, honesty and patience made the whole decision process easy, and he helped tailor a package that genuinely suited what I was after. Organising a time around my schedule was seamless as well.

On drop-off, Mark was equally impressive — super communicative, took the time to explain the process, and even provided a clean, comfortable loan car. Living out of town can make these things tricky, but they went out of their way to work around me and make it effortless.

As for the result — perfection. The film and finish are flawless, the edges and seams are so clean it’s almost impossible to tell it’s even on the car. The attention to detail is clear.

What stood out most is that these guys care. They were professional, approachable, kept in regular contact, and treated my car with genuine respect.

I’m extremely happy with the outcome and would do it all over again without hesitation. Highly recommended — they set the standard for what this experience should be.

Fantastic car detail-inside and out. Photos were fantastic and will certainly help me sell my car at the best price.

Short version: A good mix of quality products used and excellent workmanship. Would definitely recommend to others and I would use their services again.

Long version: We had a number of services applied to our new vehicle by Scrubs in a package (CQuartz Professional ceramic coating; Ceramic Glass Coating; Window Tinting; Ceramic Glass Coating; Wheel Ceramic Coating; and Interior Protection). They took the time during pre-sale to explain each of these services in as much detail as I wanted and illustrated real knowledge and experience in their work.

The vehicle was handed to us on time. The results were excellent and they had done an excellent job inside and out. On handover, they again took the time to explain the work that had been undertaken on the vehicle and how to continue looking after it.

The staff were very knowledgeable and passionate about every aspect, from explaining the tools they used to the techniques they applied. They made sure we were satisfied with the final product, which we obviously were.

Looking forward to enjoying our vehicle knowing it has been paint protection treated properly and professionally, using trusted products.

I had the unfortunate mistake of leaving an unopened iced coffee in my friends car they had lent me. It rolled under the seat and after a few day of being parked in a hot underground basement, it exploded, everywhere!!!

While searching for a car detailer that would clean my friends car, esp. under the seat in which it exploded, most turned me away or said they would not remove the seat to clean under it. Some places did not even respond.

Scrubs however went above and beyond. They answered all my concerns, explained the process and the cost, they were patient, and most importantly the customer service has been 10/10 throughout. They accommodated two involving parties, me being the payer and helped my friend get her car booked in and explained the process to her. When i spoke to her next she raved about how lovely everyone at scrubs was.

Thank you so much in helping me fix up my big smelly mistake and making it a nice experience, for myself and the owner of the car. Could not recommend more.
