From the very first interaction, Scrubs Detailing were exceptional. Cameron spent a huge amount of time walking me through all the options, explaining the differences and benefits of each without any pressure whatsoever. His knowledge, honesty and patience made the whole decision process easy, and he helped tailor a package that genuinely suited what I was after. Organising a time around my schedule was seamless as well.

On drop-off, Mark was equally impressive — super communicative, took the time to explain the process, and even provided a clean, comfortable loan car. Living out of town can make these things tricky, but they went out of their way to work around me and make it effortless.

As for the result — perfection. The film and finish are flawless, the edges and seams are so clean it’s almost impossible to tell it’s even on the car. The attention to detail is clear.

What stood out most is that these guys care. They were professional, approachable, kept in regular contact, and treated my car with genuine respect.

I’m extremely happy with the outcome and would do it all over again without hesitation. Highly recommended — they set the standard for what this experience should be.

Fantastic car detail-inside and out. Photos were fantastic and will certainly help me sell my car at the best price.

Short version: A good mix of quality products used and excellent workmanship. Would definitely recommend to others and I would use their services again.

Long version: We had a number of services applied to our new vehicle by Scrubs in a package (CQuartz Professional ceramic coating; Ceramic Glass Coating; Window Tinting; Ceramic Glass Coating; Wheel Ceramic Coating; and Interior Protection). They took the time during pre-sale to explain each of these services in as much detail as I wanted and illustrated real knowledge and experience in their work.

The vehicle was handed to us on time. The results were excellent and they had done an excellent job inside and out. On handover, they again took the time to explain the work that had been undertaken on the vehicle and how to continue looking after it.

The staff were very knowledgeable and passionate about every aspect, from explaining the tools they used to the techniques they applied. They made sure we were satisfied with the final product, which we obviously were.

Looking forward to enjoying our vehicle knowing it has been paint protection treated properly and professionally, using trusted products.

I had the unfortunate mistake of leaving an unopened iced coffee in my friends car they had lent me. It rolled under the seat and after a few day of being parked in a hot underground basement, it exploded, everywhere!!!

While searching for a car detailer that would clean my friends car, esp. under the seat in which it exploded, most turned me away or said they would not remove the seat to clean under it. Some places did not even respond.

Scrubs however went above and beyond. They answered all my concerns, explained the process and the cost, they were patient, and most importantly the customer service has been 10/10 throughout. They accommodated two involving parties, me being the payer and helped my friend get her car booked in and explained the process to her. When i spoke to her next she raved about how lovely everyone at scrubs was.

Thank you so much in helping me fix up my big smelly mistake and making it a nice experience, for myself and the owner of the car. Could not recommend more.

I took my 'new' second hand 8yr old SUV to Scrubs, which was a very dark blue which had a huge amount of polishing swirls and deep holograms all over it (it really looked weird). I booked in for Paint Correction and Ceramic Coating, and was absolutely blown away by the result, you wouldnt recognise the car it was brilliant, amazing, better than new. The communication was excellent, as it took a bit longer than they expected due to the amount of work required. Mark was extremely helpful, from when I took the car in to get an initial quote, right through to collecting the car. A big thankyou to the team members that worked on my car, I can imagine it was a bit of a nightmare to correct. But well done Team.

The finish on the paint protection and window tinting was beyond expectations. I would recommend the paint protection and window tinting to be done by Scrubs instead of the car dealerships. Before and after sales service is exceptional.

I had D Quartz and C Quartz dual ceramic coating applied, and the finish is nothing short of phenomenal. You can really see the depth, gloss and slickness in the paint — it looks absolutely wicked.

These guys did a brilliant job in one day.
I was doubtful that they could fix the carpark scratches and scapes, but they fixed every single one of them.
The car looked immaculate inside and out and I will use them every time from now on.
Price wise, it was amazing value.
From what I thought it would cost through a panel beater, or insurance, it wasn't needed and the result for the price was astounding.

Recently treated my new car to Scrubs Elite Ceramic Package.
Process involved application of CarPro Dquartz for base coat and once cured a top coating of Cquartz Pro Ceramic was applied.
Paintwork of vehicle is now extremely high gloss , the colour has been enhanced and very easy to keep clean. I am extremely happy with the results achieved by the Scrubs team and would highly recommend them to anyone.
