Package Overview

Matte paint protection film install offers a unique combination of traditional protection and a great looking Matte conversion.

While gloss PPF offers a tough but invisible protection barrier, Matte film completely transforms your ride while still having the benefits of protection from stones, scuffs and scratches. Matte PFF is a clear tough and self healing urethane film but has a matte top surface to reflect the light in a diffused pattern to achieve the custom look. Being a multilayered urethane film it has a long life expectancy of 10yrs that offers superior protection from whatever life throws at it.

Matte Paint protection film install requires a more complex install. The Matte film is a thick and tough film and therefore not as easy to wrap into areas that are possible with traditional vinyl colour change wrap. Our matte film installs not only look killer, they offer a sacrificial barrier. We stock special PPF coatings to make your Matte PPF easy to look after and resist common issues such as water spotting.

Our Matte PPF offers a true Matte finish, not a satin. Our matte PPF can be applied to OEM Matte paint finishes such as Mercedes matte grey for an excellent match.

Matte PPF Inclusions

Matte Paint Protection Film

Thorough hand wash,
Chemical decontamination- iron remover, tar, sap and bug chemicals to safety remove from paint without scratching
Physical Clay – Quality fine grade clay to remove every last bit of contamination.
Light Machine polishing – might be required in some case but normally not.
If paint it not brand new, we recommend adding stone chips fill ins.
If your car has a ceramic coating, we require paint correction to remove before applying PPF.
Alcohol prep, thorough cleaning, edge rinsing.
Demineralised wash down for dust removal before moving car into our wrap room.

Apply Matte PPF

Professionally apply Matte PPF over entire vehicle
Bulking fitting and custom templates to get the best look and coverage possible
Application in our film room for best install quality.
Wheel coatings, and interior protection and more available.

Curing and Inspection

Part of our all PPF packages is that we inspect and monitor the install over days
Ensures clarity and secure edges.
A complimentary car wash at Studio only after 14 days to inspect and check.
