We weren't comfortable using hire or personal vacuums on mould and so decided to bite the bullet and get it professionally cleaned. We settled on this company from reviews and in particular after seeing how complaints and criticism were handled.The communication from the company was clear and they were really good with keeping us in the loop, both prebooking and while it was in the shop. Really appreciate that John took the time to walk my partner through the whole cleaning process.While the mould treatment was expensive, my partner is extremely happy with the results. A spotless interior! They did a great job. We have had some ongoing smell issues with the car (which was second-hand and came to us with no air/pollen filters) and there is now no noticeable odour. The mould (despite the extreme weather) has not made a return. It's now been 2 weeks since we picked the car up.
